I built the systems I wished I had.
I’m a husband, a father and an operator. Running a service company while building a life around the people depending on me made broken handoffs impossible to ignore: the website is in one place, leads are in another, and quotes, messages and follow-up depend on people remembering what happens next.
Berserker Systems came out of fixing those problems in the real world—not designing software from a distance. I wanted systems that gave the business more structure, the customer a better experience and my family more confidence that the business could keep moving without everything depending on one person’s memory.
