BERSERKER SYSTEMS // PRIVACY

Your project data is used to deliver your project.

Effective September 30, 2026

This notice explains the information Berserker Systems may collect through its website, project intake, preview, payment, onboarding, file upload, messaging, and client project-room experiences.

Information we collect

We may collect contact information, company information, project requirements, questionnaire answers, files and media, account-access status, approvals, messages, payment status, hosting preferences, and other information you provide for a project.

Technical & usage information

We may process basic device, browser, page, referral, session, error, security, and interaction information needed to operate, protect, diagnose, and understand use of the website and project experiences. Where third-party analytics or monitoring tools are enabled, their handling is also subject to the applicable provider terms.

How we use it

We use project information to evaluate requests, prepare previews and proposals, communicate with clients, accept payments, configure access, perform development work, host or support approved services, maintain project records, and protect the security and integrity of the service.

Payments

Card and payment processing is handled through payment providers such as Stripe. Berserker Systems does not ask clients to place full card details into ordinary project forms or chat.

Files & project materials

Uploaded project materials may include logos, photos, documents, screenshots, videos, and other client-provided content. Private project files are intended to remain associated with the relevant project and are not public merely because they were uploaded through the website.

Account access

We prefer delegated access, OAuth, provider invitations, and least-privilege access. Clients should not send passwords or secret credentials through ordinary chat or general form fields. Where a sensitive secret is genuinely required, a separate secure handoff method should be used.

Communications

Contact information submitted for a project may be used for requested project, account, service, scheduling, payment, security, and support communications. Promotional email or text messaging, if offered, should use separate consent and opt-out handling rather than being required as a condition of ordinary project service.

Service providers

We may use infrastructure, payment, hosting, database, analytics, communications, monitoring, and development providers to operate the service and deliver client work. Those providers process information subject to their own terms and security controls.

Retention

Project records may be retained as reasonably necessary for delivery, support, accounting, legal, security, and dispute-resolution purposes. Retention for hosted client data may also depend on the applicable hosting or support agreement.

Your requests

Clients may contact Berserker Systems to ask about project information, correct inaccurate information, or request reasonable export or deletion handling where applicable and subject to legal, accounting, contractual, backup, and security obligations.

Security

We use access controls and service-provider security features intended to protect project information. No internet-connected system can guarantee absolute security, so sensitive credentials should only be shared through approved secure methods.
